About Me
Leveraging my 20+ years of leadership experience in the education and non-profit sectors, I specialize in leadership coaching, and increasing learning velocity in teams and organizations.
I began my career teaching middle school science, before founding KIPP Philadelphia Charter School and serving as its first principal. I then transitioned to the CEO of KIPP Philadelphia’s regional network, leading the expansion to five schools serving 2,000 students in grades K-12, and overseeing all aspects of school and network operations.
I am now an independent consultant working at the intersection of learning science and high performance. My clients include schools, non-profits, and sports organizations.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology from the University of Rochester and a Masters in Education with a focus on Educational Leadership from National Louis University.
